Does anyone else have the two cover illustration variations in the Bookclub version of Licence Renewed by John Gardner.(1981)
The cover picture is a gun with flowers and a necklace.
With a version printed by western printing of Bristol as opposed to Chaucer press of Bungay suffolk,
the flowers covering the james Bond 007 wording is moved to the right slightly.
I had both versions and it's like a Spot-the -Difference of about 3 opr 4 differences.
It's a puzzle how the image was changed?
