Bond type Rain Jackets

Going camping in 10 days time and we are in August and it looks like we are going to get wet. )
Need a waterproof jacket and rather than buy a cheapo one would like someting a bit bondish.
Any UK recommendations guys ?
Already have CG lodge , barbour and Daniels solden jacket but too nice for camping.

I swear by an old musto boating smock, mine has deflected more salt water and rain than I care to remember, it even stood up to 3 hours of storm force wind and rain in the north Sea. Since I no longer have a boat it gets used for trips to the coast, sledging ( when we get snow), It would be my go to for any sort of outdoor pursuit they also tend to have a big pocket on the front which is handy. Mine is reminiscent of the ohmss bond jacket like David's vass tex do similar ones though these days they tend to be more colourful. And as they are a nautical item I'm sure Commander Bond would go this route.

Doubtful I'm afraid I bought it from a boating shop in Port solent about 10 years ago.

Chris you may want to order a large too if you've got time. I find uniqlo run pretty small, I bought a sweater recently from them and had to size up.

These Uniqlo Anoraks are HUGE....I had to order a small and I had room still...medium will be perfect.

Worth remembering DC wire a Venture jacket by the North Face when he did the photo call in Venice for CR with Eva. They still make it in similar colours.
