Hey guys,
This is a rare pair of Church Philip shoes as worn by DC in QoS.
Remmert's excellent site has more info on the Philip shoes:
http://www.jamesbondlifestyle.com/product/churchs-philip
They've been well looked after and I've only used high quality products from The Shoe Snob (see theshoesnob.com for product details and polish tutorials).
They're made using the 002 last and are an 'F' fitting (regular) shoe.
For info, I'm normally a U.K. size 9 standard - not wide - fitting.
I'd enquired about a pair of these nearly four years ago at Church in Edinburgh (Scotland) and they are - and have been now for a number of years - a MTO shoe. The price quoted to me then was £595.00. Apparently before they stopped general production they retailed at £495.00.
I eventually did buy them in fantastic condition from a member on here (thanks Dale) and have treasured them more than worn them! I tend to wear my C&J's these days.
Please note: You'll notice that there is an albeit small 'scuff' on the front-most tip of the right shoe (will polish out - I only noticed this this evening) and I've tried to capture the actual condition in the pics below.
They've been kept with Church shoe trees in their individual shoe bags.
(Shoe trees shown in photos are not included I'm afraid!)
£160.00 shipped (I'd rather sell to a member on here)
Please PM if interested; PayPal only and buyer covers fees & shipping.
Thanks guys,
Gary -{
