I have an idea.
People have suggested that a future Bond be a female.
Instead of doing that, I have an idea. You make a film simply called "009" to introduce a female 00.
You could even have it be a period piece set in the 1960s. In the meeting of all 00s in Thunderball, we see one of the 00s is a woman. Instead of turning James into Jane, why not introduce a Brand new female 00?

It would be interesting seeing a female 00 in a 1960s setting, and it could be an empowering thing for women etc without altering Bond. James Bond for the boys, 009 for the girls, basically. Us men get to keep James Bond with male genitalia intact and women get a brand new, interesting character of their own to enjoy.

I'm mostly against the Bond movies branching out, but this is the best idea of involving that I've seen. But one thing: don't make it "for the girls" just like Wonder Woman bondage wasn't.

An all action 60s lady ? Um? I think The Avengers might have already covered that one
and once again "Modesty Blaise" already exists, just make new movies with her.
They had plans for Jinx, but that idea was shelved after a few Female lead action films failed
At the box office.

TP just reminded me of Modesty Blaise. I would rather see her. I want to see Eva Green or Gemma Arterton as Modesty!
