Is YOLT anyone else's favorite Connery Bond?

The only thing about YOLT (and I know this has been mentioned before) is that Connery itself looked bored and for the better half of the movie didn't have that much to do.

Nevertheless, it never really bothered me that much. After all, it is still Connery, even sleepwalking he is the best Bond in my opinion. So despite Connery not in top form (he was that in his first 3 movies I believe and set the standard) it is a joy to watch. The ultimate popcorn movie. Totally unrealistic but so much fun.

both true, and in both cases aspects of the Fleming novel that actually made it into the finished film

The Red Kind

Classic Bank Holiday Bond film for me (as is Moonraker). Great soundtrack, beautiful locations and girls, fantastic sets, some great cinematography and action sequences. However, YOLT is not my favourite Connery Bond.
My ranking would be;

The other day I was chatting with a Police officer and he's like, "Well, enjoy your quantum of solace here."

I of course noticed the reference and was like, "Oh, are you a Bond fan?" and asked him what his favorite movie was and he said You Only Live Twice.

Not mine, the movie was fill of so many problems in my opinion that it was nearly unwatchable. It is my second-least favourite Sean Connery official Bond film, only ahead of Diamonds Are Forever which was COMPLETELY unwatchable. YOLT has a decent first half but a horrible second half that drags and feels like a B-grade movie.

I think that it's the bastard child of all the Connery Bonds that came before it.
Bigger and more expensive, sure. But not better.
