There was a project to recreate the QoS ties which got to Tom Ford himself. (EDIT: See Post 42)
Unfortunately, it never took off as there weren't enough materials to recreate the ties.

Thanks for this. I reached out to my TF contact from last time who facilitated the last MTO. He kept the door open to another one, so we'll see. I'm going to provide him with Skyfall swatch pics.

Indeed - would have to be correct width or rather pointless. This should not be a problem as there has been at least two AJB runs of the Skyfall ties and the width was correct

I would be interested as well if the ties were the correct 7cm width. It would benefit everyone to have the skinnier version as it would allow for more material to make more ties. :007)
