I received my N.Peal sweater today. I took an XS. I am 5 10, 145lbs, and 30” waist.
I paired it with the Rag and Bone Henley and jeans, a navy shirt and jeans, a grey shirt and jeans, as well as a dress shirt and chinos for a bit more dressy.
Fit is spot on for me and I don’t find the shoulder patches to be abnormally large personally. Like others have said, it’s extremely soft and well made. I personally love the elbow patches and the cuff details.
First thing I noticed...the TF jeans. They are definitely the slim tapered version TFD001. And not the straight fit.
To further prove my point about Craig not being massive. Look at the average size lady walking behind him in that picture. Her thighs are bigger than his.
Also the costume dept. made their purchases at the Tom Ford New York store. (which is confirmed)
So I would take it with a grain of salt, whatever Tom Ford London claims.

Contrary to previous assumptions, it looks like N.Peal has adapted the patches at least for the very small sizes.
In this size XS the patches have the sa width (8 1/2 ribs) instead of the 9 1/2 rips we have seen so far. The result is that the distance between the patches is even bigger in size XS than in size S.
I think the Straight fit (perhaps tailored) is a Def... Confirmed to me by both TF Milan and London.
Bond capsule TF is arriving in to stores soon, whilst they may stock both Id hope theyd only carry the correct fit in the capsule
I got the same information from the TF shop in London -{
Out of curiosity, are you going to order the MA coat?
Cheers
Dont think so buddy
But changed my mindvon the MA sloop so who knows!!!
Doubt id wear it
And regarding the jeans...
As said before, go with the fit that gives you the look given your body shape.
I have neither as the pair I acquired in my usual TF size were too big, so passed them on on here. Def go down one size regardless of which fit suits your shape / style.

I must say these photos and the chat have convinced me not to part with my cash for one.
It looks too 'cosplay' and I can't see an occasion where I could wear that sweater and not feel too conspicuous in it.
I think this was already known, but here are the two difference between the two henleys
Ohhhhh...very interesting!
I’ve bought two (and love them - great quality for the money!) and they are both the same as the ones on the right-hand side. Even if the left came back as ‘screen accurate’, I prefer the look of the ones on the right.
Prefer to wear things I like - not engage in adult cosplay....! [Flame retardant clothing on!!! ;-) I’m just playing with you all - buy/wear what you love! ]

Does anyone have a link for the screen accurate rag and bone Henley? I want to make sure I get that one right...
Even though some sites still show the one on the left (cream placket) in their pics, I don't believe that version is still sold anywhere anymore—the SA same colour placket one is the new version/season sold everywhere from the R&B site to Mr Porter, Nordstrom, East Dane, Bergdorf Goodman and Saks.
I think this was already known, but here are the two difference between the two henleys
While I like the single color placket (one on the right), I wonder why they added a back seam. Personally, I much prefer the cleaner lines of the previous season.

So are we thinking now that it’s just the patches on the small that haven’t been adjusted correctly for the size?

I haven’t seen the correct size patches on any size yet. The inside edges of the patches should not extend past the neckline opening. So far, they all do. On all sizes.
N Peal has suggested that the patches on the screen accurate sweater extended to the 3rd rib past the neckline. I know there may be some debate about that but they are aware of the discrepancy and our collective displeasure. They have also been extraordinarily prompt, detailed and considerate with their correspondence. Even though I wasn’t seeking initially to return my jumper, they invited me to return mine as they are expecting revisions regarding the patches.
This is an example of excellence in customer service. I have a whole lot of N Peal in my wardrobe but, with this, I’m certain to remain loyal to the brand.
I’ve always found them to be a superb company with a very dedicated team of staff that want you to enjoy not just the product but the whole purchase journey, if you will.
I don’t think I’ll be getting the Navy jumper though because I won’t get any actual wear out of it.

Spot On guys , Npeal's communication to me has been 1st class and they are very understanding in the bond world.
At the end of the day they are a luxury brand and all of their garments i have and i have a fair few ) are superb.
We all have a choice and opinions but after what i just received in my opinion thats why I like them.
Could of easily said just send back for a refund but instead they sent me this - I will now take them up on this offer {[]
Thank-you for your enquiry regarding our Army Sweater.
The patch size for all sweaters is the exact same as worn by James Bond in No Time To Die. During filming Bond wore a size Large and the patch finished at the 3rd rib across the neck – which can be seen in the teaser poster for the film.
As we have used the same patch for all sizes it extends further across the neck than is appears in the teaser image. We apologise with this variation in appearance.
We will be willing to modify a sweater on your behalf and replace the one that you have bought, should you wish.
