I contacted Connolly a while back and they told me it's a linen/cotton blend in a grey-sand colour. Plan to re-release the shirt in autumn with the new collection.
No more clues...
Was wondering what the length of the turn-up cuff on the No Time To Die Tom Ford suits please? Getting mine tailored soon and want to get the correct length. Thank you.

I can measure my tf turn ups later for you, from memory its around 1.25 inches
For 100% SA remember the button / buttonhole inside each side of the trouser turn up

Thanks so much for the measurement. How do you mean about the buttonhole please?
The button on the trouser cuff has been on every model suit I've purchased through them. I have a Regency, 3 Windsors, 2 Spencer, 3 O'Connor, 2 Shelton, and 1 Atticus suit all with cuffs. So it's something that has been with him throughout the years. I haven't seen that detail on any other suit.
Same. My TF trousers have the button. It's a cool feature though I can't say I understand *why* it's a feature. Sharper pressing?
I'm not sure if it's purpose, but if the length of the trousers needs to be changed—or you're wanting to get rid of the cuff—simply removing the button and sewing up the tiny buttonhole will end up looking a hell of a lot better than unpicking a stitch that goes around the cuff (if it was done like that). You probably wouldn't even notice the cuff was there if you had to remove the button and sew up the hole.

All trousers have a stitch that goes around the hem, usually a blind stitch. The top of a cuff is not stitched around the cuff. It is attached at the seams, where these hidden buttons are. I've had many trousers converted from cuffs to plain, never with any trouble. I would imagine that sewing up these buttonholes would be more trouble than converting a normal cuff, but not any trouble.
I just picked up some A.G. Jeans at the currently running Nordstrom Anniversary sale. These are a good, cheaper alternative to the Tom Ford grey jeans.
It's the Tellis fit, slightly slimmer than the Matchbox. Currently at $139.90 for the sale.
I own these exact jeans! They're my alternative to the TF as well.
Not that you need my input, but you are accurate in your assessment regarding the hem removal. At my former employer we did this all the time. From what I read somewhere years ago, some old school tailors did this button thing for plan hemmed pants so that they could be turned up during the rain or snow and not soak the hem. Then they later figured that it could also allow for a cuff to not be "tacked" or sewn down on the seam when turned up which in older days could cause some unneeded bunching around the size of the turn ups. I am not sure of the full validity of this though. I am not preaching this as gospel, but when I read that it made some sense I suppose.

not really a wardrobe piece but I think I have identified the chair from the jamaica scene, its the Malawi Cane Chair
its seems to match in every detail
there are some online-shops who have them in stock (US and UK)

Last week I was in Jamaica where Bond's house looks out onto that bay. It's not been officially named as a location but I met some (now friends) people who organised accomodation for the crew during filming and they took me there. Stunning place in Portland, Jamaica.
The downside was they told me things I didn't know were in the story (I'm trying to my best ability to avoid story spoilers).

I heard years ago that the point of the button in the turnups (cuffs) of Tom Ford suit trousers is so that they can be unfastened, opened up, and brushed to remove any dust that has accumulated.
Apologies, slightly off topic but prompted by the discussion above. Regarding buying a NTTD TF suit - is there a recommended contact/store forum users tend to go to when looking to buy? I am fairly knew to this but have heard the Milan boutique is often the best bet. Am based in Australia so obviously not a lot of options locally )
Good news guys!
After a very long search, I’ve finally managed to identify the white crop top Nomi wears at the Jamaican night club and during the scene in Bond’s villa.
It’s the Isabel Marant “Halter neck crop top” from the Spring/Summer ’19 collection. It has a white base with an intricate off-white piece of fabric that fastens around the neck. As for the composition, it says “Outer: Linen/Flax 100% - Lining: Cotton 100%”.

I had my Skyfall stripe suit made through TF's Sydney boutique with no issues at all. I'd say that majority of sales associates in boutiques around the world know about their Bond capsule items. If you mention that you're after the grey or blue Prince of Wales O'Connor from the latest Bond film, they should be able to help you out with everything (codes, order options etc). If you're ordering MTM or MTO it is good to know the SA details (button layouts, pockets, vents etc) just to be sure it's perfect.

For those folks who have the TF jeans, did anybody hem theirs and if so, what kind of hem did you go with. In the movie stills it looks as though Craig's jeans are stacking quite a bit but I am not sure they left his at the 34" inseam.... Pictures and thoughts welcomed...and thanks in advance...

Here's a pic of a suit I sold a while back—I believe it's the SA feature 007JBDCMWR's talking about.
Cheers, that’s something for the replica suit makers to take note of. Any idea if that was a feature on the Tom Ford suits in Skyfall and Spectre too?
Exactly! Who knew... But if it's screen accuracy you are after.....

Interesting, maybe you could post it in the spoiler news topic. Just to have some new info about the movie )

Unfortunately – and as I suspected – it’s no longer available. Anyway, here’s the Farfetch link: https://www.farfetch.com/uk/shopping/women/isabel-marant-halter-neck-crop-top-item-13917419.aspx
