To me it has the same cotton canvas look as the jacket. Not to say it isn't the wool Coopworth. It's just how it looks to me from this single still.

But identifying these pieces wouldn't be exciting if it were easy!

Yeah. There's no way it's the Coopsworth. It stands far too tall. The hat Craig is wearing is more unstructured like a Brand 47 Franchise hat. My money is on the Barbour waxed hat because it matches the Graham so well.

You're right about that! I'm just eager to pull the trigger on a new cap lol. Hopefully we get confirmation soon one way or another.

I'd say it's the waxed baseball cap both from appearance and because it's more practical for a yachtsman...although practicality in clothing isn't necessarily a prerequisite for Bond in recent times (ie Tom Ford jeans for a bit of sailing)!

After doing some digging I think this is the hat:

    https://www.nordstrom.com/s/barbour-prestbury-baseball-cap/4633878

I think it's the Prestbury because it doesn't have the gaudy Barbour tag on the side (like the one linked earlier in the thread). Granted, we can't see the offending side in the screengrab. But I think it's a safe bet that the costume designer wouldn't want that tag hanging off the hat.

EDIT: On the other hand, the center seam of the hat linked earlier seems less constructed than the Prestbury - and whatever hat Craig is wearing leans heavily on the the unstructured side.

EDIT 2: I've ordered three different Barbour hats. I'll have a better idea next week.

The thickness of the band at the back is interesting.

For what it's worth, Craig has worn several solid color caps in real life in the past. I thought the navy one he's wearing may have been identified as Brunello but I may be wrong. Obviously, he's been known to use items from his own closet in his films.

Costume department can always remove tags/branding they don't want.

That was my first guess too - but BC doesn't seem to do adjustable navy cotton hats (based on cursory Googling). And, as we can see from the screengrab above, it's indeed adjustable.

They have this, right shape at the back but wrong material structure to my eye https://shop.brunellocucinelli.com/en-gb/man/collection/accessories/hat-202M038P9978.html

I really really hope it not a Bruno cap....I am not spending £300 on a baseball cap. Their stuff is the most overpriced clothing i have ever seen.

I agree. This should help weed out a few of the typical brands. I have a feeling this hunt is going to become similar to the swim shorts! :))

Bond is going to wear cowboy boots in the next movie.

I just feel the vibe of this whole movie is kinda strange, not very Bond like. It's trying too hard to add twists and turns into the plot. It's a Bond movie, not a Christopher Nolan thriller.

I think that how the dress in Skyfall through to what I have seen from the trailers/commercials, etc. have shown that DC's Bond arch is more or less trying to dress like many people have been during the time the films were made. Not to mention that during that scene we don't know if it is still whilst retired or at some other point where he needs to be more covered or incognito.
"History isn't kind to men who play God." - DC "I gave him the limp." - PB "Better make that two." - TD

"Keeping British end up, sir." - RM "This never happened to the other fellow." - JL "I must be dreaming." SC

He might as well be wearing them with the duster coat.

I hate that specific look so much and I couldn't pinpoint why. But that's it. He looks like a mid-2000s sci-fi dystopian cowboy.

Please God. Don't let it be a Brunello cap.

Besides the commando outfit that's surprisingly becoming my favorite look in the film. Likely because over the last year or so I've played a lot of Red Dead Redemption 2 and watched all of Justified so currently really into western inspired clothing.

I begrudge you nothing. But for all the talk about the commando sweater verging on cosplay (I disagree) I think that duster carries a stronger cosplay vibe. Not saying it looks like cosplay but, between the two, that's the one I'd label.

The fit I'm happiest with is the tuxedo. It's been too long since he wore a properly fitted and is mostly classic (I'll overlook the center vent) dinner jacket.

Apologies for moving back to a past discussed piece of wardrobe, and further apologies if it's been definitively identified but searching through 5,521 posts gets a bit much sometimes :))

Have the pants in the Commando outfit been identified yet? I know there was a bit of a suggestion that they were ski pants but I'd like to suggest that they are a bit too fitted for ski pants and may actually be soft shell pants. Although, I'm struggling to find a similar style when searching.

According to the costume designer (I think) they were fully custom made.

Finally completed my first NTTD outfit now the shirt has been SA tailored.
decided not to have the TF jeans taken up as I love these and wear them with other shirts etc.
It’s actually the only outfit I have that’s completely screen accurate from head to toe including the watch and most probably the last :))
All the other outfits for NTTD will no doubt have some frugal to them.

This is a great looking outfit on you chriscollins007. I was wondering what height you are? (if you don’t mind my asking) as I just got the Tommy Bahama and wondered whether to take it up above the label or just below. Yours looks a great length so would work well as a gauge. Anyone else’s input would also be really valuable thank you.

There are design sketches in Omega Lifetime that show this, I believe.

    Hi Peakey

    Are you sure??

I don’t think the Cords he wears with the Duster are 5-pocket as in your pictures. I think they are slanted pocket - as per a pair of suit trousers.

The last info we had was that they were the trousers from the Nero Lavato coloured Sloop suit.
    Yes. Considerably.

    the one you suggested are a Five Pocket Jeans style, the one Bond wears a part of the Sloop Suit and they have therefore a different design, wait for the re-release -{

Loooooool! It is indeed D!cks rather than Todgers - PMSL. I am not 100% sure they are the same but they are Winch pants and the colour looks spot on. Maybe wait for the new batch from MA just to be sure!

This site changed the word automatically. Strange given that it is a male name also!

The only Winch trousers on that site are dark blue. The washed black ones you posted are the Alunga.
