The RT jacket arrived in a PAPER BAG! Bit of a shock.

    3image-from-ios.jpg

The small (ordered before the conversation started in here) JUST about fits, knowing I need to drop about ten pounds. Everything hits where it should, making me wary of a medium, but the armholes are a little snug. Gonna see what a medium feels like before deciding.

WOW i'm actually surprised they mailed it in a paper bag! I have 2 jackets being delivered next week and i am hoping that they didn't do the same thing for my order. Was there any protective packaging inside the paper bag?

Not sure if this has been noted earlier in the thread or not - I just pre-ordered the BP 007 Joe's and the man I was speaking to told me that besides the Joe's and Norton's, that Rami Malek's character was going to be wearing the 'Courtier' model in matt black:

    https://bartonperreira.com/products/courtier?variant=14384642326626

He also said they shot a scene with DC wearing the 'Avlar' model but it ended up getting cut...which...not sure about that since I can't imagine the film is done being edited.

Again, this is just what he told me. I guess we will have to wait and see.

Received a Mail from BP New York today:

"There are TWO Versions of the Joe Sun-glass. We have the standard Joe black/vintage grey with standard Barton Perreira case. There is also the 007 James Bond Joe Sun-glass with special edition packaging and authenticity card.

    Standard Joe Black/Vintage Grey Sun-glass - $395
    or
    007 James Bond Joe Black/Vintage grey sun-glass - $440

    Shipping Cost:
    U.S Shipping: $20
    or International shipping - $ 80"

AND you can preorder a 007 limited Edition BP Norton too it seems like they will appear in the movie...damn so many expensive sunglasses :--(

If you are interested in the Limited Editions and live in the eu I can recommend this shop

P.s. the rogue territory looks great but is just so stiff! Hopefully I get used to it

Yep recommend them too, mine are preordered there. Surbhi is the contact for UK / eu buyers..
Didnt realise theyd added extra dollars, UK is £335 for both

it seems Chakshu offers only the Limited Editions (£335 = $440). so if you orderd at PB and have already paid $395 but you want the 007-Limited Edition contact PB again and ask for it. my advice: don't wait to long.

to issue a Limited Version is clevery move by PB. I'm like: PB Joe? Nah looks cheap. no need. DC don't looks good with it and so on...
Limited Version with Silver 007 Logo and Special Box? Ok. Ordered. :)) I wish I could laugh with more distance to it

LOL i realize that but all kidding aside sending a jacket like that in a paper bag is probably not a good idea.

It’s in a plastic bag inside the paper one, quite secure and kind of cool.

Mine arrived today. I love it! Definitely size up.

Yeah - it was bound in a plastic bag inside that, all was good. Just an adjustment from the NPeal/OB model.

Contacted Wink Optics and they sent me an account for the extra $45 for the LE Joes. A great company to deal with. Very happy with my SA Nortons

I travelled down to Bond in Motion today to see the new No Time To Die cars. They have a couple of Bond outfits too, the Tom Ford Whitehall suit and the Matera MA outfit. I have managed to get an ID on the tie, after persuading the manager to let me have a look. It's by a brand called Alexander Olch out of New York. It's called the Avery Necktie.

RGT are on a roll with this jacket. It’s also in the new Predator movie. Clearly a good piece, hopefully the price won’t increase on the restock due to all this movie exposure.

What, is it the one that Boyd Holbrook wears with the leather shoulder patch? I did like that a lot in the movie: it's a modified version of this Rogue Territory jacket is it?

According to IG, it is from the actor‘s private wardrobe. So it maybe isn‘t even from recent seasons.
The name is Walker by the way.

Blair identified it and confirmed it as Brunello Cucinelli. Look back in the thread. I remember it was very expensive.

Thanks to follower @russnyberg for pointing out that the tie worn by Daniel Craig in Matera, Italy is from @alexanderolch. It is their Avery necktie and was custom made in a wider width for the film.
  • JTMJTM Posts: 3,027MI6 Agent
According to Alexander Olch’s instagram the custom made width for the film is 3.5” (a bit wider than I expected). https://lviewer.net/p/B50w3FNJ8mh Thanks to Snorpley for letting me know about the post.

For anyone that’s not keen on the 3.5” width and doesn’t mind about it not being 100% SA, the Olch site offers the tie in 3” as well as 2.5” and 2”.
