Potentially exciting surprise -- I am in London and visited N. Peal yesterday. I asked about the new jumper and was informed they had just been contacted by EON productions to push up the release date of the jumper. Apparently, the folks at N. Peal assumed they would not be allowed to release the product until the movie comes out in the spring, but alas, someone at EON is thinking about the potential here. The manager at the Picadilly N. Peal is creating a list of people to notify once the stock is available sometime soon. I debated about posting this for fear the poor manager will now receive contact from thousands of people who want to be on the list, but it would be cruel not to share this information.

Exciting! I went into the Covent Garden store at the weekend and asked about the jumper. At the time they seemed to suggest it would be released closer to the film's release date.

They have a nice free catalogue of all the pieces for any collectors.
Yes but my martini's still dry.

David you were absolutely right about the sizing of the Amazon Navy Military style jumper. The small fits very well.

I’m so disappointed with the limited edition Joe’s, I’ve just pre-ordered the SA ones from Chakshu, can’t wait to get them in February

Heads up for anyone that ordered the Rogue Territory supply jacket from Stag Provisions...I ordered my jackets on 12/6 delivered 12/9 with the 15% promo. So i got an email from them last night in regards to the one day sale which would give you 25% off and I decided to call and see if they'd honor the promo. I was advised that they will only issue a store credit for the difference and I explained to her that the credit is moot as there is nothing they have that I really want. She is going to look into the situation and see what can be done. I figured everyone would want to know especially people who purchased last week!

Chakshus spoke with PB and they received the same answer "you won't see it" blabla so I had enough an contaced BP by myself and asked where the Logo is placed, they reply:

    "Pictures are correct
I just triple checked for you. The logo will ONLY be on the temple tip on the outside. There will NOT be an additional 007 logo on the inside."

think I should share that information with you and kill your hopes by the way.

I would think that Stag even offering a store credit for the difference is very generous on their part. It's not their fault that one of the hundreds of items they sell was featured in a major film trailer released last week which led to a mass of people rushing to buy one. If it was the RT site it would be different because the company probably knew ahead of time that the jacket is featured, but for a retailer just selling RT items like Stag, it's not on them. But who knows they may come back to you with something other than store credit, can't hurt to try.

I just got an email from Stag and they refunded me the difference so obviously I'm happy with the outcome.

Getting a store credit would have been fine if there was something I wanted but the only thing I'd like is the Indigo jacket but I decided to pass on it as I'm worried about color transfer :# I actually spoke to a rep at one of the stores and he said they sold out of 10 or so jackets in a few minutes. Trust me I'm definitely not blaming them for having having a sale but most retailers honor a lower price within the first 30 days so I figured why not try it out. The point of my post was to let people know that the promo was there and to maybe get some money back :D

Oh that’s excellent! Very nice of Stag to work with the customers like that. I hope everyone on here that bought a jacket from them can get that bit of cash back as well :)

This is great - especially for UK customers like myself who will probably be hammered with customs charges. MikeG77 who did you contact at Stag so I can follow up please?

...and they're sold out. That's good, bearing in mind that I've blown my budget.

Will wait for restocking and a future sale.

I work part-time in retail right now and we usually price adjust deals up to 7 days. I'm surprised, but that's very cool for STAG to do that for you. I'd like to give them some business but I was able to snag a barely worn one off ebay for 175 plus shipping.

I signed up with N.Peal to get notified about the NTTD woolly pully and I just received an email confirming it will be available in February.

Really looking forward to N Peal's NTTD sweater. It is unique and unlike anything I have. It also appears that the patches will be suede which is an elegant touch.

The drawstring collar will be neat as well, luxury sweater, sweatshirt functionality.

Yeah I'll definitely need a lower priced rough and tumble version too if I get the official one as well.

I will be doing a frugal Bond review on this 100% cotton version that I just received....James Bond Classified discovered it and I have to say I am impressed with the quality. And no itchiness! And did I mention it's $26 on Amazon?!? You need to size down as these run large...so I ordered a medium.

My Goodhreads cotton sweater arrived today and I'm thrilled, I will be sending back the wool bully tomorrrow, the cotton looks very similar, fits better (I got an M in the cotton sweater and it fits perfect, the large in the bully was too tight) and the cotton is going to be so much more wearable than the heavy duty wool. I hope it wears well!

I might be tempted by one of these - would you mind sharing your height/chest/waist size so I can judge what size to get (I’m UK based so returning the wrong size would be a pain). I’m 5’8”, 39” chest, 30” waist .. Thanks
