    I could handle that, just as long as the first part is *at least* 2 hours. We haven't waited 5 years for a short film. 8-)
    Always have an escape plan. Mine is watching James Bond films.

    I was listening to a chat show this morning and it was mentioned that coronavirus could go dormant in the summer and then come roaring back in November. You know what that means, Bondfans? NTTD could get delayed AGAIN!

    Very possible, but I think another delay (no.4 then) would free them of any credibility. And what average movie-goer would give a thing about this movie then anymore...

    If it's like the flu, it would be much more of a problem in winter, so they'll have a month to make their money.

    I also think that they're not going to let this virus shut down the world forever.

    I don't think most of the public knows NTTD has been delayed so many times. Many probably noticed trhe last one because of all the trailers and interviews, but they may not remember the other delays.

    That’s true. But looking at various sources on social media, the general consensus is already not positive and they will probably remember come November.

    In seven months there will be more information known about the virus—effective treatment and preventative measures. It's also true that mass hysteria will be a lot less in November after time has passed.

    But in the meantime let's all take the opportunity to pile on EON as much as possible, throw as much shade as possible on a film we have only seen glimpses of in trailers, and continue to find more rationalization for our apparent love/hate relationship with this franchise and I say this with love and affection for all :s X-( :)) -{

    the SNL casino scene is better than any scene we're going to see in Bond25 film anway
    so its a good tradeoff

    Craig did an excellent job on SNL. He hasn’t had enough comedy in his Bond films. He’s fantastic at doing the more absurd roles, and I find him more relatable in these. But I must be crazy.? :s

    This is from 2012, but it is my favorite sketch of his. The way he (and all the others) play the dark comedy is great. Really made me appreciate him more as an actor.
    Yes. Consssssiderably.

    Has anyone seen anything about DC coming back for Bond 26, I had something on Instagram this morning where he was quoted saying he may come back for a 6th Bond movie despite his earlier comments. It was taken from something called UK Showbiz but I don't know if it was posted by Commander Bond or one of the other related Instagram posters?

    He’s done. He has said it many times, including last night. We should all be pulling for a strong finish for him, and then be ready to move on. -{

    It will be interesting to see if MGM and EON can keep pirated copies of the movie out of the public domain, 7 months is a long time.

    This is a lot more common then people realize. TLJ locked in May '17, wasn't released until December—nothing leaked.

    They have done a pretty good job so far. The general public have only really seen what they want you to see. I’m pretty sure they can keep the film under wraps until then

    Loved the SNL parody sketch. DC really looked like he was enjoying that. The pint of Vodka and Redbull and call me Simba made me laugh

    ...and the casino sketch ended with a proper gunbarrel!

    There was coronavirus jokes throughout, including an editorial on the subject from The Girl You Wish You Hadn't Started a Conversation With at a Party, and the return of Debbie Downer.
    The delay of the movie was a Weekend Update item, just in case anybody tuning in didn't already know.
    And we saw Craig's accent coaching for Knives Out

    Just too bad the Weekend Update host's ladyfriend didn't make a surprise cameo.
    Missed opportunity for a James Bond/Black Widow teamup.

    A proper gunbarrel is only at the beginning!

    Still, it was a great end to the sketch.

    Random question, I saw this picture the other day on some NTTD related article or something and I was wondering, why was a double even needed for that scene (I'm assuming it's from the scene with the V8 Vantage on Harbour Street in London)? For parking the car? Is Craig not allowed to do that??

    The insurance bonds for these films are crazy expensive. I wonder what kind of insurance arrangements are made for the MI films that allows Cruise to do all that risky stuff?

    I can’t even imagine what it costs to insure Cruise.
