Haven't seen anything yet to suggest Craig and Ellish have canceled their planned Tonight Show appearances tonight. I hope they do still appear—wouldn't mind hearing Craig's opinion/statement on the push back.

Looks like they’ll both be there. Ellish doing a special performance of the theme.
Craig showed up dressed very classy. Discusses the delay — "We want to release the movie at the same time, all around the world and this isn't the right time". Also talks about waaaay back when he first got the role and had his first martini )
Interesting article about MGM shopping the release rights for NTTD around to both Netflix and Apple. In the end, I think MGM made the right move. Can't imagine not being able to see this in theatres for the release despite the wait. Let me know if the link doesn't work, I'm happy to copy/paste the content.

This whole thing has just snowballed from some initial baseless speculation. Apple and Netflix were both “reportedly” approached by MGM but turned down the offers...? It all seems like a load of bull 8-)
Are they just going to the grocery store and buying 70,000 cans, or are bottles the way to go? ) Surely there's a cheaper grippy/sticky liquid they could use?

They do use other materials, but when you’re spraying it on historic steps and streets, you need something that’s easily washed off and completely biodegradable. Coke is perfect for that. Cheap too.
Apparently people (by that I mean Outrage Youtubers complaining about Woke Hollywood) are now reacting to the news about Lashana Lynch being 007 in NTTD and treating it like it's a franchise killing disaster. Here's a couple of things wrong with this take on face value:
1. We've known about this months ago, this isn't new information.
2. Spectre ended in a way that made many fans speculate whether Bond was quitting MI6.
3. This is mainly serving as a plot point for the film to explain what happen after Bond retired and before he comes back to the game.
4. Barbara Brocoli who is the producer on the entire franchise and has final say on what's in or out in the films has openly stated recently that Bond will never be played by a woman.
The reason she is 007 in the storyline doesn't excuse it from being woke. Do you think the writers replaced him because he quit, or do you think they had him quit so they could replace him? That's like saying of course the savior of mankind is an illegal mexican chick, thr terminator killed John conner in the first 5 seconds.
There is no reason to belive 007 in Bond26 will be female, Barbara Broccoli has been clear in stating Bond will always be male. I'm also convinced Craig will be 007 when the credits roll on NTTD.
First half hour of the most recent Top Gear episode is a must watch. They take many of the most classic (and some niche) Bond cars for a spin and detail their pricing if you were to buy today.
The show is available for free on BBC iPlayer which is only accessible in the UK, you may need a VPN to view globally.
I'm watching the commander of military intelligence getting interviewed a their HQ at Lutvann, just a few stones throws from where some of the frozen lake scenes were filmed.
I think, if vaccination continues at a good pace in most countries, we have a good chance of restrictions being no longer necessary. I am hoping to have been immunised by the summer, and would be comfortable visiting theatres again by late summer/early autumn. So, barring any further unforeseen circumstances, I'm pretty confident October '21 WILL be the date. Sure hope so.
In the meantime, keep safe, everyone.

It seems hard to imagine them pushing the premiere date, having cranked up the marketing once more. But never say never again, right?

It's not the first time Daniel Craig's had to deal with lots of coke:

Sorry if this is old news.
Oops, it's for a trailer, sorry about the mistake. Delirious from Covid I guess.
No Time To Die won a Grammy! Good for the marketing at least.
