Same, It's crazy to think that Casino Royale is over a decade old now.

In fairness he didnt say he'd found it, in a store etc
    Maybe historically
But knowing who did make it would be a starter

So.. the company denied they made a polo in Casino Royale. But the fabric is identical so make if it what you will. They do custom work so I assume this is what they did.

I don't think the company was lying to you. I highly doubt they made it.

Those rubber buttons can be found on many Rugby Shirts, I have some Polo Rugby with the same kind of button.
The fabric of my Rugby Shirts seem to be similar as well.

As much as I'd like to see this uncovered, I think that you are on the wrong track. The CR Poloshirt is not a rugby shirt for sure.

It is more of a rugby shirt than a polo shirt, as per the jersey cotton, self collar and the covered placket. But it's all one colour like a polo shirt, while most rugby shirts have the classic white collar.
The Fabric, Buttons and everything is just so spot on

Many, many brands sell rugby shirts, and to be a rugby shirt it needs to have these characteristics. Jersey cotton is one of the most common types of fabrics. Do you really think Bond would be wearing a rugby shirt from the USA? Bond rarely wears American brands, and most Americans don't even know what rugby is! Search the internet for another five minutes and you'll find no shortage of brands selling such shirts.

That's most likely. We need to go back to 2005 to find it.
