Does Omega have influence on other character's watches?

This may be hypothetical, but with the money Omega has shelled out, can they/do they have a say as to what other watch brands are used for other characters or villains in the movie? Could they veto a brand that they feel is in direct competition or comparative?

For example I haven't seen a Rolex in any film since Omega came on board in Goldeneye.

I mean anything can be written into a contract, and there's no way any of us could provide a definitive answer, but I would assume there was some language in there that makes sure Omega is getting their money's worth, so to speak...

Well in Spectre Swann wore omega earrings and an omega watch, but in cr and qos Felix wore a Hamilton.

Moneypenny wore an AT in Skyfall which makes sense since she's MI6.

I know there is no way of knowing the in's and out's of Omegas agreement. Just a thought I had actually after watching Casino Royale today and noticing how Mathis and Le Chiffre's watches are quite noticeable.

Le chiffre wears a longuines if memory serves, I can't remember what mathis wore, I think the contracts will change, obviously other watch manufacturers can bid on other characters. With Omega having first refusal.

Longines, Hamilton, and Omega are all part of the Swatch Group. So perhaps EON's contract is with the parent company, with a specific provision stating Bond will wear Omega. I'm sure someone here knows more of the specifics.
