WTB. Acne SkyFall trousers

Looking for a pair of Acne SkyFall trousers. I usually wear a 30" to a 31" waist and due to my ignorance I'm not sure what that coverts to in these pants. Suggestions?

The legs on these are very slim from what I've read so if you have any sort of muscle development in your legs take that into account.

Yeah that is not a problem yet. I've been trying to put muscle on my legs, as well as upper body but my legs don't seem to cooperate.
