I hope that gets your attention as I have some amazing news to share with you. Many of you will have missed or overlooked the amazing bond news as I know you have a fascination with Bond related ties / shoes / socks / sunglasses / shirts / a piece of carpet that bond stood on for 8 seconds in Die another day and so on and so on. Anyway, I digress.
For those on this board that like Bond memorabilia that isn't any of the above..ie..proper replicas / props etc there is news. Factory Entertainment in the USA has decided to dust off its cobwebs and produce something for us. Barry who is the front man for FE has eluded to what it is and it sounds like it will be something along the lines of a golden gun prop from the TMWTGG film. As many know FE did a version of this a good few years ago and it was a huge success for them and hence why they cant resist the temptation to revisit the concept. Clearly they will have to be very careful not to just reissue some more as that will annoy all current owners of the first version.
So for all of you who are obsessed with handkerchiefs that Bond once sniffed on or wallpaper that he once walked past or shoes he once looked at etc, here is a proper prop coming our way which I hope will steer you into enjoying that side of collecting.
A big well done to FE and I hope we hear more from Barry soon as the Bond sensation lives on into its next era and massive army of fans.

No seriously, I enjoy the fact that a jacket, shirt trousers or pair of shoes I have on was once up there on screen and was worn by one of the coolest characters in history. Just gives one so much satisfaction!

Bonds old knicker collectors 99 v Boffer and the props 1.
Its a struggle but props will come back to this board and overtake the bond shoeleather collectors (naughty boffer, bad boffer).
Lets set the ball rolling with an invitation for the old school members to show some pictures of their favourite props. All guns / breathers / cars / trackers / watches etc most welcome. Any members wishing to highlight their actual balls of fluff from connerys wig can just hold fire for now. Bad boffer. Naughty boffer.
