J Crew Kenton Sahara plain toe Interest Thread

I'm taking it upon myself to attempt a J Crew Kenton Boot reissue in Sahara that was seen in Spectre.

I was speaking with a J Crew representative about the popularity of this boot and the revenue a reissue could generate due to it's appeal and Bond connection. She told me that J Crew is known to reissue past season items if the demand is there.

This thread is simply to gauge the volume of interest that is out there for this boot. I imagine if this endeavor is successful, it would not be an exclusive project like TF is known for, but rather we would simply see this boot pop back up on J Crew's website. So if you are interested, simply state that fact. Thanks.

Quick update: I've had confirmation from J Crew that they would have no problem reissuing a past season item if the demand is there. They have also expressed that customer feedback is very important to them. (which I find very refreshing)
One thing I have been asked to provide however is the exact product code. If anyone has that information, please let me know.

Every person I have talked to at J Crew has been extremely helpful, and all have expressed that customer satisfaction and care are priority Number 1 at J Crew, so everything looks very promising. This item is not going to be released for the Fall 2017 collection, but hopefully if all goes well, we will see it soon in an up and coming season. The count is right around 31 in just 2 days, confirming my suspicions that the demand is there.

I'll give it a few more days before (with Sir Miles permission) I submit this information to corporate. A manager at the New York branch has been extremely helpful with providing me the correct channels to take for this task.

In case anyone is unaware of pricing, the Kenton boot is $248.
