Title explains it all. (this is also a blatant attempt to spark conversation in these slow times)

Outrunning a heat seeking missile in Octopussy.
" I don't listen to hip hop!"
"Better make that two."
When did this happen? There is a laser gun shootout in Moonraker, but Bond doesn't get involved.
I will add to the list, driving a motorcycle off a cliff to catch an aeroplane.
Use a laser gun ?
OK: Everything in MR that takes place outside earth's atmosphere.
Bond uses hand-to-hand combat in the space station battle, and I believe the only gun he uses is the wrist-dart gun to kill Drax. Dr. Goodhead uses the laser gun.
Using a moon buggy as an escape vehicle.
Not knowing how to dress properly until being taught at the age of 38.
Scaramangas fun house has to be up there.
And the card game in CR.... Purely as M's plan just doesn't make sense. https://youtu.be/byku-4Sl4zE
Ouch
Sorry Matt S, I thought Bond used a laser on the space
Station.
Yes, Bond does use the space shuttle's laser gun, but I still don't recall him using a laser gun in the space station battle.
This thread needed a bit of colour.
Neither, as he says...he dresses away from the window ;%
getting captured by a dragon that's really a tank a few minutes later is rather absurd too
its these absurdities that elevate the movie above the seemingly normal detective story that had made up the first hour, and turn it into the prototypical Bond film
but yes there would be ever increasing heights of absurdity to come, otherwise we'd be disappointed
....... A woman Driving !
I think it was a yellow-orange colour and iit ended up being used for Drax's henchmen instead of the actual NASA rescuers.
Believe it has to do something with the sun, but do take that with several spoonfuls of salt.
