I just received two jars of Vegemite from a store in London....I bought it for my oldest son's Christmas. For years we have given him foreign foods or things that are just plain different. He'll eat anything that can't get out of his way....he used to teach survival to air crewmen in the USAF..He and I were deployed to the desert together and we came in contact with many soldiers from the Commonwealth...he especially liked Vegemite and some other foods the Brits and others are fond of.
Last year I ordered him some haggis from a local Scot (well St Louis) and he really liked it...you cannot make haggis with lung tissue in the States but it was very close...
