BG Casino Royale plaques

Hi all

I have both a blue and red BG plaque in excellent condition.

Can anyone give me a steer on how much these would be worth?

I've seen an interesting range of prices, one website is even selling them for €4750's each?!

Amongst this community the market is flooded. Around £900 for the red £1100 for the blue. Even the much rarer Ocean Club chips have become less rare over the years.

Thanks. If that's true, why are there so few posts selling them then?

There was an auction only a few months ago where the same sold for $6400? There was a post in this section with a link.

Just because there are no ads, doesn't mean the market is dry. Most serious collectors on here already have them and don't want to sell. Auctions fetch silly money, but you have to count buyers and sellers premiums into it, and then the auction house fees and in some cases listing fees on top of that. In total and with some auction houses, the seller will get only 30% of that hammer price.

Market flooded with something there were only 125 ever made?

30% only goes to the seller? If that was true, no one would bother.

It is true with some auction houses. And there were far more than 125 made. Much more.

I'm sorry if the information wasn't the answer you were looking for. Some people on here have actually given them away.

Thanks for sharing this interesting information. I've heard rumors of people paying 1,000 pounds for a set of four different One&Only Chips (off AJB) but I don't recall anyone here posting that they have them in hand.
