Let's remember the time span in Spectre is actually laid out by certain events such as the demolition of mi6 hq, " rigged for demolition in a week" says Tanner, the following day bond arrives in Rome, spends night with Lucia, gets to Austria so at least 3 days pass until bond actually meets Swann, by the time they get back to London mi6 is still standing though obviously rigged for detonation the morning after.
