I bit the bullet and ordered one. I got a notice about this from one of my movie newsletters.

The partnering with EON has me intrigued...

Something to look forward to in December

I've seen these before, google Kingsman a-box for an idea of what you get.

Hi David are you planning to get one? And if so will you do an unboxing video like your Q-boxes?

    I enjoyed those vlogs

I am a bit tempted only because of the licensing aspect....it seems different enough than that awful Q-Box that I reviewed before...the Kingsman one didn't look half bad to me...

The Alien one looked pretty cool but the Kingsman one looked terrible

    Lucky dip indeed

What do you mean?! You don’t want an orange Kingsman tuxedo shirt! :v

Agree the Alien one was cool.

I’m seriously hoping because this will be official with EON (and the fact it’s James Bond!) that they have some nice looking items.

I would rather it be specific to a film like the Kingsman:Golden circle one. Opposed to just generic Bond labeled items so hopefully they'll do another run featuring Bond 25. And I agree the Alien: Covenant one was awesome, mainly because of the full-size facehugger replica.

I ordered the Kingsman and bond Box.
When it's Arrived i let you know.
Beside the awful tuxedo shirt the Box looked quite nice.

I agree I'm really intrigued because of the licensing aspect. You don't see the 007 logo going around like Star Wars. The Kingsman box looked alright I thought the USB key was pretty neat. Hopefully there will be something in there that will be a good piece that you can't just buy in the store. I have a suspicion that a Franco Pop will be in the box just because of the release timing.

Please just please don't send me a hat!

I'm only guessing that it's because the bond franchise doesn't seem to hand their licence out to many so when you see something new like it's perhaps scam comes to mind.

Mmmmm and BB & MGW signed off on this? OK the presentation box shown in the ads looks quite classy and I have to admit I was tempted on that picture alone, it is on message.

Then we come to the YouTube unboxing......... oh dear, from the second the box was removed from it’s outer mailing wrapper, the car crash began. I’m not going to mention each piece contained, you can see it for yourself. This load of old pony has only one thing going for it and that is the fact that it has ‘official’ merchandise endorsement.

I will pass and go for some more BlackBox action figures which, although unauthorised, are incredible value for money and of great quality throughout. These, along with the authorised Big Chief figures are, IMHO, are the way to go. Not forgetting the next offerings from FE which are promised for next year.

I like it actually! Some very fun things....can I live without any of them? Of course, but I went into this knowing it would just be a fun box of 007 thingees, most without consequence. I agree with the reviewer that it might not be $80 worth but there are more than a few items in there that I can have fun with.

Thanks for sharing the video. I’m still looking forward to getting mine.

I’ve never bought one of these types of boxes before, but have seen a few advertised and reviewed and I always question the value they report. So not such a big deal for me.

Most of these Bond things I will actually get use.

I like the coasters, that's about it. I have the DB5 key ring and although I like the t-shirt, I have a bunch of other t-shirts that I've never worn so probably not a good idea to buy yet another one. The rest of the items don't really appeal, I'm afraid. Shame about the coasters though as I do like them.
  • DutchJamesBondFanDutchJamesBondFan the NetherlandsPosts: 414MI6 Agent
I think the coasters, mug and cufflings are cool, I don't really care about the rest of them. But as I already bought it, I'll see it in my mailbox in December.
Don't confuse me with the other DutchBondFan, but be sure to follow his YouTube account. You can read my articles on James Bond Nederland: www.jamesbond.nl/author/gosse/

You might find that Cafè Press do the coasters, they put Bond motifs on everything else {[]

Waste of money. I’m glad I didn’t order.

In general, as much as I love and appreciate the Bond lifestyle..I would NEVER EVER buy any branded 007 merchandise.

It’s one thing to follow the footsteps of world’s most fictional spy lifestyle , and it’s another thing to turn into a walking advertisement of the Bond brand.

Bond would never wear a branded spectre t-shirt or drink from a 007 mug so why should I ? :))
