A Bond-Style Martial Art recommendations (Daniel Craig Era)

I need an advice from those who are very well-versed in the martial arts field.

Based on Daniel Craig’s Bond era, I’m curious if someone recognizes some of the fighting styles he was trained for.I heard many guesses about Brazilian Jujitsu. But they are just guesses.

I’m seriously working on learning a martial art to handle street fight and protect my family (if needed to). Specially when being attacked by multiples. I live in a safe environment but we travel a lot and I want to be ready.

I love DC’s fighting style specially in Casino royal, and Skyfall (Shanghai building fight with Patrice) and the quick multiple villains attack at the casino.

Advice would be truly appreciated

Just be rational and talk to them. One threat and you'll organise a dinner party for them with Higgins. If they don't take you seriously, two nights with Higgins with green trainers compulsory.

Find yourself a proper Krav Maga class.
It was either that.....or the priesthood

I actually heard he received some Krav Maga training for Skyfall.

I’m still curious to know if someone has some solid knowledge in this field.

How do you mean solid knowledge? And yes he did, also for cr
Are you wanting real practical knowledge or knowledge of Dc's film training?

I actually just found his Krav Maga trainer from CR. He has a school here in LA and they teach both Krav Maga and Brazilian Jujitsu ! That’s my perfect combo !

As for your question , the answer is both. I am looking for a good street fight martial art to learn. Since we are all Bond fans, this will always be our first reference. As for DC, I was just curious to know the martial arts he used in his films. Because it’s very random and doesn’t seem to have a certain pattern.

I was reading an article , he trained for Krav Maga for CR. The rest of the films , it wasn’t clear.

Then Krav Maga is the answer to both, in its true form it's a style of fighting that incorporates many facets, even using everyday objects, as a fighting style it's root is in ferocious aggression and getting an opponent out of the way as quickly and decisively as possible.

This was very inortmative. I already made a free class appointment with Darren Levine‘s Krav Maga’s School (DC’s trainer in Casino Royale)

    Thanks a million. -{ :)
