Help - Jacket Stolen - Levis Menlo

Hi, I had the Levis Menlo Leather Jacket as you will know featured by DC in Skyfall, now please forgive me if I offend anyone, I had the BLACK version.

My jacket has been stolen and I am trying to find another in BLACK size M, can anyone help me source one with links, prices etc.

    That's rotten luck, I once had a leather belstaff jacket stolen by some miserable t+sser.

    Also, are there any Legal Experts who can give free advice -

    The venue my jacket was stolen from have admitted liability (was in the cloakroom) am I entitled to receive what I paid for the jacket OR its current value (which has gone up considerably), I am led to believe I should be "put back in the position I was in prior to the theft".
    If they refund me what I paid I will not be able to purchase another for the same price !

    Can anyone help with my rights and what I should be entitled too ?

    It depends on the type of insurance the place has but either way it will be down to you to prove current value.
    There are two types of insurance really Old for new are current value problem being clothes all insurance companies think will depreciate so you need to be able to show them current value.
