Confirming SA size of Persol 2720 from CR

Hi,
I'm just trying to confirm the SA size of the Persol 2720 from Casino Royale. Was it the 57mm or 60mm?
I'm looking to pick up a pair soon.

I always thought DC wore the larger size due to the way it looked on screen and to the way the earpieces were bent inwards.

Did the 2720's come in different size. This is one of those things I've never known. I usually do better with smaller sizes and would definitely like to make sure I get the smaller option, if that is available.

The 2720's came in 57mm and 60mm. I too go for the smaller size.

Thanks. I haven't ordered them yet. I think the 60mm may be too large. The Snowdons looked normal on DC's face but are a little small on me. The 2720s looked large on him so just not sure which size they used.

It's tough buying on the internet not seeing them in person and trying on.

I went back and forth on this, myself. I think Daniel Craig has a naturally wider face and could probably pull off the 60mm. A lot of pictures of him wearing sunglasses they’re more bowed out then the same glasses are on my face.
Ultimately, you have to go with whatever is best for your face. I have the 60mm and the 57mm and I’m going to end up keeping the 57. I have a longer, narrow face and the 60’s were huge. Those 3mm make a big difference. Subsequently, I’ll be selling a pair of 60mm if anyone is interested.

Assuming they are for you to wear I'd agree that fit on you is more important than what size DC wore.

Thanks WD! I'll be keeping an eye out for the 57's then. While we're on the subject, does anybody know what sized the 2244's came in? For some reason I'm having a hard time finding this information.

My 2244's have a size of 63-17-130. Due to the face the lenses wrap around the face a bit the seemingly shorter earpiece size still works.

The 60mm are really huge, I'm a tall guy (192cm) but I have a long head and they looked hilarious on my face, I went for the 57mm and they fit like a glove.
