Agnelle Website down?

Hey guys -{
has anybody ordered by agnelle in the last time?

Their website doesn't works?!

Yes I ordered in Dec.
Website didn't work accurate. Agnelle deducted money from my account but didn't deliver.
Asked customer care via e-mail. They apologized and asked what I ordered. Item was shipped imediately.

I used the contact us form on agnelle.com.
Firstly I was surprised I never received an order conformation and arround 10 days later no shipping conformation either.
After sending the e-mail to Agnelle the parcel was delivered within 2 days.

I'd send a reminder to the an other e-mail address even they potentially slower in the x-mas break.
After I've sent my e-mail the replied within 3 hours asking what item in which size was ordered. After sharing this the replied imediately that they will take care and aus mentioned above it was delivered fast.

The 'James' they sell now is the 'A' model which has an indent at the wrist whereas the screen-accurate one was the 'W' which didn't. Pretty minor detail but I know we're sticklers for screen-accuracy.

It's confusing because there's a picture of Craig wearing the 'W' gloves on their website. But I don't think they know or care he's wearing a slightly different model then the one they're currently selling. A bit of false advertisement even though the vast majority of people buying them probably don't realize it.
