Orlebar Brown cheater brand, or a new brand worthy of Bond?

I came across a new swim wear brand called Hemingsworth (I have no affiliation with the brand) and I'm trying to decide if it's Bond-worthy or an Orlebar Brown cheater brand.
The Hemingsworth are certainly high-end (£185.00, $250 USD) they're made in London using top materials including: Italian made Tahitian Mother of Pearl buttons, made-to-order Italian zippers, and buckles cast and finished in Germany. The side tabs are certainly reminiscent of Orlebar Brown and the coin pocket reminds me of the Sunspel swim shorts that they make based on the Jantzen trunks Connery wore in Thunderball.
I have two pair of Orlebar Brown swim shorts that I love, but I'm thinking of trying a pair of Hemingsworth to see how they compare; I live in Florida and don't get to wear all the awesome cold weather Bond gear! What do you think, Bond worthy or just a copycat?

I really like the look of them too and appreciate that they're made in England!
The design is great and the quality is good.
I discovered the brand on the forum and bought other non bond related items.
Cheers
