eaglemos service usa sucks

He guys, is it just me that experienced such bad cust service or are eaglemos notorious of this, i emailed them over 5 times enquiring about the diecast db10 version and db5 skyfall version, gave them pictures and all they did (3times) was send me a link of which did not have the items i enquired about and they just said well if its not in the link its not forsale... im like ,,, how can it not be for sale ? they just reply yes because its not in the link.... sigh!
