The hut is on top of the mountain and the runs are very easy.
I could not confirm the "bike stunt" refuge but according the orientation I am pretty sure of having identified it.
I checked my guess using Internet pics and I may have a match! -> Rifugio Mietres -{
Another location unchecked is the farm at the end of the chase(I have my guess too).
As the places are not particulary hard to find I don't think
spoiling much with the following map.

Oh look Dragons from the back seat Singe was a lucky boy that day, I took him on the set visit and we got to see DC do his stuff on the deserted island ( BTW Singe, did you have a pic of the body double of Bérénice Marlohe ?) we also got to see all of the stages with different Skyfall sets, the filming was the icing on the cake. I could have gone to the blowing up of Skyfall Lodge, but that was on the next day and in Surry, unfortunately not possible to get there.
Great Pics and stories everyone!....Here's my attempt at the OHMSS Palacio scene, Nov 2014. The Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco doubles as the Palacio. Note the flags! Features my DBS, a Cougar, Mercedes Limo, a Bentley, and a Jaguar MkIII. Recreated the Lazenby cream linen suit, shoes, Nighthawk glasses, atlas, Gucci bag, and even the bellboy!
