I don't know...Fords from that vintage look like boxes on wheels while still handling well.
My grandfather had a MKII Escort back in the 70s in this color combo. Ignoring the color, it was a rally car back then and it got plenty of attention everywhere it went.

    Friggins, are we related?
Where is it now? Well, it was given as a wedding present to a family member who put it in storage in a garage.
One snowy boi later and the roof collapsed. Virtually unfixable, although, if the chassis is good enough, I could find a new shell. Shame I don't know where it is now.
Before they gave it, they bought a MKIII which...well...sucked.

I have a mini-obsession with wood (as-well stainless steel) in furniture.
That's a want from me, too.
I had never heard of the courting chair before and it looks like the perfect partner to it.
As far as pianos go, a black Yamaha grand piano would be ideal if I ever saw the need to get one...

Sorry, but when it comes to black Grand Pianos, there are only 2:

Boesendorfer or Steinway & Sons Hamburg ;)

Well, from what I gather, Bösendorfer* is a subsidiary of Yamaha so I'm not that far off.
Didn't know about the Hamburg, looks cool and probably sounds even better too.

Bösendorfer have their own traditional manufacture in Vienna. Yamaha owns Bösendorfer, but Bösendorfer pianos have nothing to do with Yamaha.

Steinway & Sons has 2 factories, one in Hamburg and one in Queens, New York.

Any blonde instrument is my downfall. I was able to play that exact piano for years and loved it (the blonde upright.) I don't have room for one now so I have a blonde Hohner accordion from about 1940. I spent stupid money on having it restored. It would buy me half the actual piano.

I've had it between my hands [( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)] for a long enough time to appreciate its timeless design.
While its quality may not be the same as the 90s, it was also used by Bond and clicking it 3 times may not cause it to explode (although it would be a neat feature for the "Fred"s of the world), I love it all the same.

Pretty and well built, it is.
Despite my devotion to the brand and my liking for all things new, in regards to technology, sometimes the old ways are the best.
Although, the heart rate monitor is actually kind of neat, and I'd love to see a mechanical watch with a flip-up dial like one of those old quartz Seikos from the 80s with basic functions like heart rate etc. that sync to your phone.
That, I'd buy if it was somehow implemented.

I don't know if you've heard but VW have announced a fully electric version of the "Microbus" from the 60s, aka the Hippiemobile.
    id_buzz_concept_6753.jpg
Unlike VW's other attempts to be green *cough*diesel*cough*, this will actually be green and the design looks fairly minimalistic and pretty. Not to mention, your knees are not the crumple zone like the original. Can't say I'm a fan of the interior, though.
    ImageResizer.ashx?n=http%3a%2f%2fcdni.autocarindia.com%2fExtraImages%2f20170821055942_vw_id_buzz_wheel.jpg&h=578&w=872&c=1&q=100
Some other concept cars that I enjoyed were Honda EV ones from December's Tokyo autoshow, which the one on the left looked very much like a 2000GT ( :x ) and the one on the right looking like a VW Golf from the 80s.
    N6Q1292-min-1140x505.jpg
Again, the interior sucks with a big ass screen and the bring-back of bench seats...from the 60s ?:) ! I understand that it's merely a concept but are we seriously going back 55+ years, safety wise?
