C&J Islays first time out

So ended up buying the right size of C&J Islays, not so much for the Bond connection but because they did look like a really tough walking boot. Walked 4 miles in them today an they were very comfy - really didn't expect that. The fit was so good it doesn't feel like I've had to break them in. They weren't great on the slippy mud as the soles don't have a lot of grip, but most boots would be rubbish on slippy mud. They are more suited for walking moors and country paths (or escaping AgustaWestland helicopters while diving into moor lakes).

Great boots. Love mine. Agree on the fit, my first wear was a 10 mile day around Bond locations in London... No issues
