Best a-ha songs?

The Living Daylights got me interested in a-ha back in 2012 as a freshman in high school, and I was wondering if there were any other fans on this board.

My top 10 songs are:
10 - The Swing of Things (Scoundrel Days)
09 - Locust (Memorial Beach)
08 - Out Of Blue Comes Green (Stay on These Roads)
07 - Lifelines (Lifelines)
06 - The Sun Always Shines On TV (Hunting High And Low)
05 - And You Tell Me (Hunting High And Low)
04 - The Blue Sky (Hunting High And Low)
03 - I've Been Losing You (Scoundrel Days)
02 - The Way We Talk (East of The Sun, West of The Moon)
01 - Manhattan Skyline (Scoundrel Days)

I like and follow a-ha for decades now - not calling myself a big fan of them.

I can highly recommend their recent unplugged album - Summer Solstice.
The minimal settings obviously worked in the small studio live, but not in big halls that they are currently touring.

I really like the sun always shines on TV, and hunting high amd low and of course living Daylights.
They are a great band and their sound just hasn't aged.
It was either that.....or the priesthood

I'm not a big fan, but I've always liked their music. The Scoundrel Days album is good, so is The Living Daylights. BTW: A boy knew when we were in our teens actually had Morten Harket sing at his wedding.

I was a huge fan of Summer Solstice, I saw it live and bought it the day it was released on iTunes, I especially loved the new version of The Living Daylights

You can hire Morten privately? I already know what I’m doing on my 21st then.

    Well,

Sir Miles seems to be bored, unhappy with his looks, his miserable life - the fact that he's soon living outside of the wonderful EU, that he's living in a shitty City, supports a crap football club and that his country has not won and will never again win the World Cup. And the fact that he's absolutely useless!
Usually he's just playing with my signature then - now he has changed my username.

Don't worry, my quality posts remain - even under a new name ;)

All the above is perfectly correct (bar England actually winning the World Cup against some two-bit outfit :D) - except the final line obviously :))

    Funny thing:

This week I ran into a guy in my university, born in New York, has an Italian-American heritage, and is also a huge fan of a-ha, but the crazy thing about him is that he speaks in a thick Norwegian accent despite having no Scandinavian heritage.

According to him, the reason is because he got into a-ha at around age 12-13 (The years where your voice drops and changes heavily) and would sing the songs so much he adopted a voice similar to that of Morten (I have heard him do some karaoke), but then ended up with a Norwegian accent at around 16.

And I can't hear the slightest Norwegian accent when Morten Harket sings :))
If you want to hear a Norwegian accent in its full glory, find any interview with the rally car driver Petter Solberg on YouTube :D CV
