    Just cancel the order. ES know which is the right size as JN discussed this with them. They’re to blame. Not him. The shop had closed when JN posted the link so it certainly wouldn’t have been processed yet.

    Just spoken to ES, really helpful and have put hold on the order awaiting my confirmation of which one.
    So dont panic, drop them a call / email, all will be resolved

    Ok hello all, I have spoken to him. It appears when he went to the company to get them, someone at the company that make them told him the Bond ones were the smaller ones. Hence why he listed them.
    He never came back and clarified or asked about this to me.
    He will cancel the 15 orders so far and send an email with the correct link for the larger correct ones, people who have already ordered will get a small discount on the correct one too as it’s £37.
    The ones at £37 have the Executive Shave logo on them which I had planned to remove myself just not had time to make attempts as yet.
    I had mine months ago thanks to asp, I just reached out to the company to see if they could get more of the correct ones for other people on here.
    I will also add I am not getting anything out of this either.

    Thanks for getting this organised - I appreciate members on here taking the time to do the research, work with the relevant businesses and then share generously with us all.

    I'm also really impressed by The Executive Shaving co - changed my order and also gave me the discount retrospectively; great customer service.

    I concur with the others. Thanks for getting this sorted out. I received an e-mail from a representative of the company saying that my order was cancelled and the money refunded.

    He said that notification will be sent when the correct brush becomes available as they are sadly out of stock. :#

    Hopefully they will be available again soon.

    Been using it for years, it’s what we used to polish out aircraft canopies in the Royal Air Force. Can’t reccommend highly enough.

    Just spent 10 minutes with the recommended polish, kitchen towel and the shaving brush - super easy SA shaving brush. Now every morning begins with a bit of Bond :D
