Taking into account that he saved their lives, and what they went through together.

I would say both Dominos, Holly Goodhead, Melina, Octopussy, Christmas and Madeleine.

Solataire, Mary and Anya, maybe, but I doubt it.

Not sure about the others.

Vesper, he did attend Felix's wedding, so I don't see why not but he was a recurring character.

I would say, Honey, Romanova, Pussy (whether she would marry either a man or a woman is up to debate as she's bi in the films),
Domino (just for informing her of her brother's death would be enough to grant him an invite).

Holly, I think is the one he'd most definitely attend. The last scene in outer space? Who wouldn't want to see each other again?
But honestly, sex/date after that... how can it possibly compare?

I doubt he'd go to Tiffany's but if she survived, he'd definitely go to Andrea's.

I think a more general question to first ask would be, who would Bond keep in touch with? I think he would have kept in touch with Octopussy seeing they had a backstory of sorts. Goodnight was Bond's co-worker, so he's probably in touch with her. People like Dr. Goodhead, Anya Amasova, Pam Bouvier and Wai Lin could be worth keeping in touch with for their professional connections, and vice versa. But most of these people were just people who Bond met in passing. He didn't have a personal connection with most of these people, and they probably wouldn't invite Bond to their weddings. Madeleine would invite Bond to her wedding, even if she doesn't end up marrying him.

Obviously he did not attend Paris' wedding, because Elliot never met him before.

In the books he knows who Honeychile is married to (was it a wealthy doctor in Manhattan?) but I don't think he attended the wedding. Pearson's 007 Biography has Honeychile and Bond reuniting after that marriage falls apart (she probably got mega-bucks in the settlement).

I bet he'd be an awkward wedding guest. The groom would feel inadequate, because he knows his bride knows Nobody Does it Better. There'd be tears the first night of the honeymoon, and the marriage'd be over within the month, just cuz Bond was in the audience and maybe danced once with the bride at the reception.
