Just out of curiosity what size are the SA Persols? I know they are not for sale I just have never known what size was worn in Casino Royale.

The glasses are a size 57 but Daniel Craig wore a size 60 in Casino Royale.

Mike is right, DC is believed to wear the 60's and had them bowed in, they are pretty wide in reality. I tried both and the 60's looked ridiculous...
Buy what fits not what DC wore Imo
Anyway, for clarity, SA colourway was my point. Buy the size that fits!!! A bit like clothes, SA to me is the item and not the size

The 60's look huge by comparison to the 57's but i would love to try a pair on just to see how they fit as my 57's feel a little tight along the temple area.

That is exactly my issue, I have the 57's but they seem too tight against my head, which is strange because me head is on the smaller side...

Optician has expanded the front and tightened the arms today, amazing difference
Fit and hold perfectly now
