My DR NO polo is a brighter/bolder blue than I was expecting - here it is next to Orlebar's Riviera Toweling polo.
I also got the Espadrilles but the size is a little iffy for me, so I can't give proper feedback yet.
That ribbed collar and sleeve banding looks great. I wouldn't be surprised if that style makes it way to other OB items not Bond related. Same with the Diamonds are forever shirt and thunderball shirts. I see them releasing more colors in those styles.
I have to agree with some that the price on that Thunderball polo is crazy. I was going to get a few of them but not at that price. I don't know how that polo is the same price as the View to a Kill jacket.
I think mentioned them before but in the 90s there was a company called Carstarphen that made 100% Sea Island Cotton polo shirts. And they were no where near $400. In fact I think they were barely $100. I think I still have one of them. But I should have purchased more. I found this old article about the company.
I still want a light weight jacket like Dalton wore in Licence to Kill. Probably some more Connery items. I need to look and think about it. They need to get those prices under control though.

Think OB have made it so it can’t be used on the Bond collection
It allowed it at first But think they spotted people were using for Bond Collection stuff, I was not even able to use a founding member discount on my order

It was the same for me. The discount code did apply when I was doing trials figuring out what to buy and what not. Then later on once I did have clear what to go on with the code didn´t work anymore. I did chat with a concierge and she told me no discount code was supposed to work with the JB exclusive collection and that the system just allowed me to think the discount could have been applied when it was not the case... Honestly that explanation didn´t convince me and I believe I should have been able to get the discount if I would have placed the order earlier but I might be wrong. Anyone did manage to get any discount applied to his purchase?

All the shorts (and the onesie) are longer in the leg. All the language promoting the line is that the pieces are "inspired" by Bond and "updated" for today, so they're all a bit interpretive. The DAF shirt's collar is a bit different as well.
Hmmm wonder what inspired pieces they could do for next collection. That alone be a interesting topic.
Judging by the Orlebar items sold out in various sizes this has been quite a hit already and only first “official” day

Todd Snyder posted on instagram a little while back talking about the Thunderball striped shirt as inspiration. Would be cool to see other brands follow the OB collaboration or homage model.

I wanted to pull the trigger on...something, but ultimately there wasn't anything in this line that I could see myself wearing (the safari jacket), liked and could justify the price (the merino polo), or didn't already own a version of (the Thunderball shirt).

Same, bought mine on Monday and the code worked. Maybe that was before the shutdown or else maybe the DAF shirt was missed out by the website coders.

But if you prefer a relaxed fit go for a L.
