The Spy Command has posted a couple of interesting videos on his Bond25 timeline.
    https://spycommandfeatures.wordpress.com/bond-25-timeline-part-ii/

One is an interview with Phoebe Waller Bridge (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQzVfTE2JBs&t=988s) and the other is a 2min long local Matera news report (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQBjXqu_VPI) with some good images of the cemetery.

So Italy will have the biggest footprint in the movie?

Italy is more of a bootprint. :v

I'll be here all week. Try the veal.

I've found the trailer for No Time to Die!

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRGyGCWUTqk

    Wow, it's a remake of a film from 1987! :))

It's actually a remake of a much older film from 1958, Tank Force, also called No Time to Die. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxVFgO9rwvI

It was made by Cubby Broccoli, Terence Young and Richard Maibaum, amongst others.

Congrats on finding that, and the whole film! I was looking for the trailer. That's hilarious that Cubby, Young and Maibaum were involved.

I think the title reveal today makes it more likely we're getting an Italian press conference soon, and maybe a poster, which will be interesting considering the very distinct title font they have gone with.

Wouldn’t it be spectacular if they did a poster like the ones from the pre-1989 days? For the first time in ages, I actually feel like that’s a possibility.

You mean painted? It has happened a little recently but I wouldn’t hold out on it.

What I’d like is if they got a proper photographer to shoot a really good image for it. That would be a classy Bond-style thing to do. I thought the poster for Girl With The Dragon Tattoo was around the right sort of ballpark.

For me that would be to bland. I always preferred the ones that show that more effort was put in. SP for example was rock bottom poster-wise. Way too minimalist.

I‘d welcome an updated version of the gunbarrel-TLD or Brosnan‘s main ones.

Did you really not like the Goldfinger poster? I think Bond’s never been cooler.

On the contrary, I could very well live with these styles. Only post CR the poster design got gradually lazier. Anything in the style of ‘62-‘06 would be perfect. :007)

So what are you saying would be too bland? The Goldfinger poster is a lovely bit of photography.

Everything onwards after CR. QoS, SF & SP are just too minimalist and uninspired poster-wise.
The last good one was DC sitting at a shadowy poker table. That was inspired and creative, after that: Bond walking through the desert, Bond walking through the gunbarrel and Bond standing in front of his skull mask. Especially the last one screams „5mins of photoshop“.

So I‘m hoping for sth more creative.

But you said 'for me that would be too bland' when I suggested a photographic poster: I'm trying to understand what it is about a photographic image which would be too bland for you? I didn't mention any particular posters after CR or whatever it is you're talking about. I'm just trying to understand what your response meant in the context of what I said.

With the initial „too bland“ I meant having a poster for NTTD in the style of Craigs‘s TGWTDT. Would be to bland for a Bond film.

Why my superior Googling skills of course!

I'm convinced this is the red tie. You just can't see the dots in the low-res trailer...

I've seen some media describe the 30sec 'title teaser' we got yesterday as a 'motion poster', so what we've seen may actually be the static poster that will be splashed across billboards and buses.

After the Jamaica BTS, I doubt anything about this film will be normal with Fukunaga at the helm - and that's a good thing in my book. BTW Maniac had a very retro vibe at times.

Is it the blue one we saw in the transporter pics the other day? There was a XJ too.

    You mean this one?
    https://www.thesun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/9772529/james-bond-plummets-bridge-survival/

Where, apparently, it claims the Italy filming is for the END of the movie and not the PTS, with a cliffhanger ending where the audience doesn't know the fate of Bond. Believable?

Not really, but the UK tabloids were reporting as early as April 2012 that M would die in Skyfall. And it would mean DC likely coming back for another after NTTD. The 2012 leak came from this site http://bestforfilm.com/film-news/bff-world-exclusive-insanely-massive-skyfall-news/

Thinking about it, this assumption that Italy is a car chase and is the PTS, from what I remember it only originated with MI6-hq.com, nobody else. They were wrong about there being no Italian coastal filming, so, maybe they are wrong about their PTS theory.

Clearly, unless Bond gets ejected from his own DB5, his fall from that bridge, which is only wide enough for one car (https://www.google.com/maps/place/70024+Gravina+in+Puglia,+Metropolitan+City+of+Bari,+Italy/@40.8171447,16.418512,3a,75y,90t/data=!3m8!1e2!3m6!1sAF1QipNAH-WZB4E_9IHh10ZtCPYSF2jPrnnA5YnKrwcz!2e10!3e12!6shttps:%2F%2Flh5.googleusercontent.com%2Fp%2FAF1QipNAH-WZB4E_9IHh10ZtCPYSF2jPrnnA5YnKrwcz%3Dw203-h114-k-no!7i5312!8i2988!4m13!1m7!3m6!1s0x13387bf440c0f9c3:0xe3bf1996040bacc1!2s70024+Gravina+in+Puglia,+Metropolitan+City+of+Bari,+Italy!3b1!8m2!3d40.8171447!4d16.418512!3m4!1s0x13387bf440c0f9c3:0xe3bf1996040bacc1!8m2!3d40.8171447!4d16.418512) has little to do with a car chase. Maybe Hinx throws him over?

Maybe it’s both the PTS and the ending... Car chase through Italy in PTS, Madeline dies.. story rolls on.. Bond returns to Italy at the end to pay respects to her grave (buried there as no family left elsewhere etc.), and something happens causing Bond to fall.. links rumours of PTS being filmed there, the rumour of bond visiting the cemetery, and the possibility of ‘is bond dead’ storyline that’s been suggested...

    Sounds plausible.

But Bond falling from a bridge, is he dead?! Is he alive..?! Surprised they haven't done that before..

Maybe this is Bond‘s exit from active service. Persumed dead after the fall. Living under the radar in Jamaica then until Felix tracks him down...

    Pretty Skyfall-ish but certainly possible.

Or Bond is falling off the brodge after using the Aston‘s ejector seat ?:)
