The Matera filming clapperboard number is 54, it's not speculation, its discussion based on evidence.
The latest MI6-hq.com James Bond and Friends podcast has some interesting info about the teaser trailer. Saying that a MI6 contributor has seen a rough cut of the teaser, they say it has no story, it is simply a sequence of shots, and those images are very colourful; no word on the music or any possible narration. I'm guessing that with a string of shots it is going to be a version of the James Bond theme over the top. Will it be the normal 90 second length for a teaser, or will it be shorter if it is just a string of shots?

Oddly in the Daily Mail story there is a black car on the Gravina bridge, not a Jag or Aston Martin, whose make I can't make out but in other photos there appear to be spare body panels for that car propped up against a wall.

Encouraging to know the teaser isn’t far from wrap & perhaps end sept / October drop?.. or even earlier? I suppose the next thing to watch out for is the teaser certification and then things will ramp up and we’ll probably have a better idea on when it’ll drop.
I think everyone is excited for the teaser and I expect all to love it. The visuals in this look like they’re going to be incredible! 90 second teaser would be great, a unique different take on the theme would be nice, as long as it’s good of course ) if the theme for the trailer is unique to the vibe of this film and ties in with the films score that would be great and if it’s composed by Romer it would be a nice indication of his take on Bond and would also help ramp the excitement up -{
A non plot specific teaser makes sense. No point revealing the return of Blofeld. It's possible Rami Malek is playing a relative of Blofeld (wild guess) or the new number 1 of SPECTRE so that could be kept under wraps.
Personally If I were doing a teaser I might play up the Bond retired angle - shots of Bond relaxing in Jamaica and then a sudden change in tone - Bond is aware of some new danger that needs his attention. A few short clips of some action - Bond vs the enemy. Taking a guess they could go that route with the trailer.

Yes, I know. But was he ever listed specifically as MAIN villain? Bc the thing is, we‘ve had sightings of Christoph waltz on set, so maybe RM will only play a henchman (or a No.2 type of guy) with Blofeld making a big return as main antagonist...

On 25 April, there was a lot of media coverage reporting Malek as the villain, but without any evidence beyond his comments in the Live Reveal. Malek was on Good Morning America, and he says his character is 'villainous,' but gives little away. At 5min 35sec he does says: "Being the villain in a Bond movie."
