The HMSIS PAK P99 was available in a black finish, nickel plated (yours) and a gold plated finish. Originally released in Germany with either a Goldeneye, Tomorrow Never Dies or The World Is Not Enough video cassette they are actually completely unlicensed and unofficial releases. All 3 are quite rare in the UK however being forward venting (the discharge comes out the end of the barrel) are classed as Section 5 firearms by The UK Home Office and are banned unless they are completely welded up solid to EU18 specification and being composed of magnesium this would melt/completely bugger it!. Apart from the HMSIS engravings they are identical to the blank fire pistols seen in Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough, Die Another Day and Casino Royale.
The Reck is an unlicenced/unbranded copy of the PPK. The main difference between it and the Umarex licensed/branded copy of the PPK is the Reck magazine is released by a clip behind the base of the magazine where the Umarex has a button released magazine similar to those on live fire Walther firearms -{

For my replica needs, I have gone with airsoft guns(their many different models out their to choose from. I have a Umarex Walther P99 that looks just like the real thing(apart from the markings and the fact that it fires BB's). Also I have found a great company called Rings Manufacturing that make resin cast versions of various firearms for training law enforcement and military personal. I have both their Walther PPK and P5 pistols at home in my collection, and their are fantastic.

Here's my Denix Walther with my Tiger Concept 5508
They are both replicas of a Walther P99 and comparing them to photos of the actual gun, they look very similar.
They are slightly less detailed than the real thing and there is no Walther branding or other lettering. This has been replaced by gold coloured "Wicke" and "007" logos. They also have red barrel stoppers and slight modifications to accommodate loading the caps.
