James Bond’s most famous cars will be available to drive in Forza Horizon 4 as part of a new add-on pack announced by Xbox.
The Best of Bond Car Pack will feature 10 vehicles from across 50 years of the popular films, including Goldfinger, The Man With the Golden Gun, Casino Royale and Spectre.
Gamers will be able to take the wheel of a range of classic Aston Martin models, including the DB5 made famous by Sean Connery, as well as more modern classics such as the BMW Z8 from The World Is Not Enough.
“The James Bond series of films are iconic for numerous reasons: fantastic locations, thrilling action and an ever-evolving line-up of fascinating gadgets,” a Forza spokesman said. “Forza fans appreciate 007 for yet another reason: his awesome line-up of amazing automobiles. We’re thrilled to announce the Best of Bond Car Pack as the Day One Car Pack for Forza Horizon 4.”
Forza Horizon 4 is the latest title in the popular open-world car racing franchise, and the first to be set in the UK. The Best of Bond Car Pack adds to the more than 450 vehicles from history and the present day that are already featured in the game, and includes:
- 1964 James Bond Edition Aston Martin DB5
- 1969 James Bond Edition Aston Martin DBS
- 1974 James Bond Edition AMC Hornet X Hatchback
- 1977 James Bond Edition Lotus Esprit S1
- 1981 James Bond Edition Citroën 2CV6
- 1986 James Bond Edition Aston Martin V8
- 1999 James Bond Edition BMW Z8
- 2008 James Bond Edition Aston Martin DBS
- 2010 James Bond Edition Jaguar C-X75
- 2015 James Bond Edition Aston Martin DB10
Several of the cars will also feature film-inspired gadget that players will be able to view in Forzavista mode, which lets you walk around vehicles and see them in detail. The 1964 James Bond Edition Aston Martin DB5, for example, will feature numerous gadgets such as a revolving number plate and extendable bumper rams. The 1977 James Bond Edition Lotus Esprit S1 has a special body kit option inspired by the “Wet Nellie” submarine vehicle from The Spy Who Loved Me.
In addition to the cars, players who own the Best of Bond Car Pack in Forza Horizon 4 will also receive some additional items, including three James Bond outfits and six “Quick Chat” phrases for use in the game.
Forza Horizon 4 is released in store, online and on Game Pass on October 2, while those who own the Ultimate Edition can start playing on September 28.

Man oh man what I would give for a mission or two but I doubt that. Also doubt we will get Bond music whilst in the game. But I can always mix that in with some blue tooth speakers ;-)
Congrats to EON for FINALLY partnering with a quality game developer, even if it's just to license the Bond IP.
Here's hoping that EON will continue with this and partner up with other quality developers to make a proper action adventure 3rd person shooter (or FPS) to bring more Bond to modern gaming.
Cheers!
Wonderful! Looks amazing; thanks for the link.
Shame that they've messed up Tim's Aston and given it a Vantage front end though. And is it really so hard to download the British numberplate font?
Yup, The Forza IP is owned by Microsoft so you won't be seeing it on the PS4 or Nintendo Switch.
BTW, Forza Horizon 4 is also part of Microsoft's Gamepass service ($10/month for access an ever-growing library of games including all new first party Microsoft games).
