    Unfortunately your site doesn’t work. Everytime I put something in the basket a error shows up.

    It‘s on top, but everytime i put something in the basket only this shows up and ordering isn’t possible.
    Scrolling isn’t possible too.

    This is interesting... I went to see what would happen when I did it and I don’t get what you show in your pic but I can’t add anything to shopping cart at all... which definitely makes it a challenge to buy something...

    Honestly, I'm a little bit disappointed with Magnoli's website.

    I ordered a Spectre Polo Shirt, Navy in size "L" some weeks ago. I paid and everything was fine. Then, four days later, I received an email stating my order was shipped and then....the same day, another message stating my order finally did not ship and the garment was "out of stock" !!!

    What a surprise, the item is "out of stock" and it is not mentioned in the website !!! It should be back in stock in "the next few months" without precision...

    The problem is : when I check my order, the status is still "shipped" !!! I emailed Indy regarding that problem but nothing changed. I think I won't buy from them again.

    The problem is because we sell via several outlets (our site, Amazon, eBay, etc) we have to adjust our stock manually as we sell. This usually means that one or two people will be able to purchase an out of stock item before we have a chance to update our site accordingly.

    If you'd rather have a refund than wait for the new stock, that can be arranged immediately.
    Update: site finally works but the Black Friday sale is over. I tried.

    For anyone who missed the sale due to website problems, send me a PM and I'll get you a raincheck coupon code right away.

    Well Indy, I would rather wait for my order to come but I'm just afraid of my order status which is "shipped"....and it is not ;-)
