Anyone have ideas on good alternatives for those, I looked on BC website and didn’t see anything that would really match.

Have a look at Reiss, they have some great trousers, I know they have a few grey trousers this season and as always they include nice details such as side adjusters and coin pockets. They even have a spectre london/Austria alternative.
