Reading reports and doing mind numbing paperwork through the day and only occasionally getting out to do what I do best....
Getting thrown around once or twice a week on the mat by whom one could easily describe as "that commando chap"....
Yesterday I ate roast beef and potato salad for lunch....

Another opportunity today - spent an hour at Bond In Motion in London. Nice to see the Spectre updates - the Aston Martin is a beautiful piece of design, although hard to beat the DB5.

Enjoying having excuses and time to visit London!

When I am at home as a minimum I wake up to this pair of bad boys and sup tea from a certain mug. Anything else I add during the day is just a bonus (but usually includes at least a watch)
