So I think I found Bond’s Spirit 46 when it was new. These pics are from Newport RI in 2012. $600,000.00. Some incredible pics of the interior. I think this is THE actual boat due to the number on the mainsail, the Harken rigging which is custom, and the fact that there are not many Spirits in this hemisphere (they are a European builder). It appears they added roller furling between 2012 and 2019, a pretty normal upgrade.

Also ironic is that the sails on the boat are made by US sail company Quantum, which is shown in the article and the Jamaica pics. I guess Quantum does have people everywhere!
