I have some lovely Bond casino chips that were removed from felt mounting in a frame--strong glue was used and stray felt pieces are stuck fast to the chips.

I've tried to soften the glue with alcohol up to 97% pure, and a variety of de-greasers. Casino chips can be pretty hardy, does anyone have a stronger cleaning solution to recommend?
