Just came across this: a bizarre cameo by Lazenby “reprising” his Bond role in the 1983 TV movie “The Return of the Man from U.N.C.L.E.”

In it he looks older than his 44 years (his age in 1983) and very much like Cary Grant did in around 1960.
It’s obviously a spoof cameo and being played for laughs, but he doesn’t seem to have retained the charisma he had as Bond in OHMSS, which makes me wonder if he could have made a success of Bond had he carried on after 1969.
It's a pity, as I thought he and Dalton were the best non-Connery Bonds.
