Thanks Paul, that's pretty well everything I have on display......lord knows when Ill get my latest piece back from the framers. They are happy to do it for me but its a two hour round trip.....hardly an essential journey in the eyes of the law at the moment. I think the only part of my collection left to photograph now are thirty or so plastic tubs which I think even the keenest Bond fan will struggle to get excited about. What I might do if I get isolated (as till working at the moment), is to get a box down a day, spread the contents and photo them so we can all still carry on sharing our collections. How about you?

So with no wedding gigs to do (at least there only postponed) and a few days off work to find a new shift shift pattern,
I thought i'd see what the NTTD display would look like! (was due in London to see it and Bond museum among other luxury treats) So nothing original as yet, but i know there is something for me.
Plenty of reading material, Flight case for safe keeping of old display. Last thing, a massive thank you to Andrew for my paper props.

I can't endorse Junko Pops either, but definitely keep collecting and sharing pics of cool guns - maybe something like this:

So, end of April, still cant collect my latest framed memorabilia from the framers and most of an order placed with the Bond store in London has been put back to later in the year. However, these two items have now been released and arrived this week. Really well presented and fit in nicely with the rest of the Johnny Lightning collection I have.

Should point out I'm not complaining about having to wait for things as wife is a front line nurse and can fully understand the lockdown!

    Stay safe everyone.

WARNING... Non Bond Picture enclosed !

I guess we've all gone a little stir crazy in lockdow, so the decorating skills have been brushed off !
Everytime i bought something...up it went. I have had a major de-clutter (and reckon i've wiped about 20 grand off the walls)
Sadly most of the Gotham stuff has all but gone, I miss Heath pic, he's been in that spot for about 12 years since the film came out.

and my room ( i think its lost is charm)

Wow, such a cool prop collection. I've been trying to recreate the Casino Royale Ocean Club CCTV disc myself but have been unable to find an image of the actual DVD disc itself. Does your disk have anything printed on it? Would you be able to post a picture if it has?

    Thanks !

Yes I put something on the CD, you can see it when Bond put it on the reader.

There's a white box with some red writing at the top on the left hand side of the disc that I can't make out when I pause the film. I know I'm being fussy but want to try and make it as accurate as possible !

    Thanks.

Hello internetland, a massive thank you to (detective inspector) Quentin Quigley (Andrew you really have missed your calling) for the eagle eyed spotted items from the photos
    .
First up is a NEW SCIENTIST mag from Q’s apartment dated 8 Sept 2018, look at the cover !

Second is a book in the background, this looks like a UK book but I could only get a copy from the states (damn you postage and import charges) anyway it turned up on the day I was going to dismantle the display and replace it ( look of horror from AJB fans) with Iron man or Back to the future set display.
Anyway I left it in 3 days and photos are to remind me how to re-set it up when the film (eventually please no more delays...... it’s killing me) comes out.

now.....where did I leave my Hoverboard.......................

The Die another day picture is the first pic ever to come back I was disappointed in, the ice palace key is upside down and the square doesn’t look great or can’t be seen very well, so I may open it up and stick some black or dark blue card behind them and rectify the key.
The NTTD book lasted about 2 day’s in the cabinet, and then was stripped out for a bit of a D.C. homage.
( the Quantum shelf is pretty empty, hard to get items now as I only started collecting about 6 months ago)
BIG thank you to Andru G for all my paper props, it wouldn't be the same without your contribution.

So finally managed to get to the framers to pick up the latest piece and whilst in lock-down treated myself to a little something from Quantum Of Solace as the collection was desperately short of an item from this film, the idea being to try and secure a couple of items from each of Mr Craigs films. Hope you all approve.
