NTTD Massimo Alba - “Steps” Trousers Special Order

It has taken time and persistence by various members to arrive at a consistent conclusion from MA on the “steps” trousers. Thanks to all those that persisted harder than I did, as this has strongly influenced what follows! Also, as I am not in contact with all of you, I am hopefully not stepping on anyone else’s toes and your own efforts by posting this!
So...
The MA trousers on the “steps” will not be produced in same colour code for SS20. There will be a “similar” colour in SS20, but it will be a different colour code.
MA have no stock of SA trousers from SS19 in any size. Whilst I have done a wide search, I have not found any so far that come close in right material and style and no one on the site has yet posted the correct version ( though I guess some are still looking)
So, for those who want SA trousers, there is an opportunity as MA have said, that if we can gather an order of 20, they will be prepared to do a one-off order, in the correct SS19, colour code and style.
Price is expected to be around the normal retail at €240, based on full prepayment with order as per TF projects. Postage will be charged separately ( and import taxes outside EU - likely to include us Brits possibly by then!).
If we can confirm the order relatively quickly, then trousers could possibly be ready for December, but that may still prove ambitious!
If you want to order a pair, please add your name in the traditional ajb list fashion, below. Once we have the minimum number, I will then set a deadline for ordering and we will then finalise price, sort sizes, and I will collect your details etc.
MA have not done this before (nor have I coordinated before) and therefore this may not run as smoothly as TF which have now done it many times. For my contact in MA, this is not what he is paid to do, in his role, so I ask members who wish to order to remember this as we progress: his personal interest in the Bond connections, has certainly helped in getting this Special Order this far.
Pictures below show the trousers, which are described as grey (neutral/ beige in certain lights) in baby cord, a definite lightweight spring/summer fabric.
