What are the chest and shoulder measurements for this sweater and is it new with tags?

It's not NWT, tags have been removed. Perfect condition though. I'm getting about 20.5" on chest, shoulder is hard to measure with seams but I get about 17.5". It is definitely a slim fit but the wool is very soft and stretchable, and drapes nicely, so sizing is flexible.

No, so sorry, don’t have the box. Don’t have tags either. But absolutely this could be worn more slim fit.

I had the same sweater previously and I wouldn't wear it loose as the wool has a decent weight to it and it will stretch over time.
